PRIVATE SESSIONS
Trying yoga can be intimidating in a group setting when you are brand new. Advancing a skill set with specific goals in mind is another great reason to consider a private session. Together we work to discover what yoga is here to serve to enhance in your life. You will receive individualized time, care, and direction. You will learn posture modifications, movements most beneficial for your body, poses you may want to avoid, and the opportunity for open dialogue of questions and real-time feedback. Whether you book just one or two sessions or make it a weekly investment, you will be on your way to feeling peaceful and content. In-person or online
Individual Private Session: $99
CUSTOM GROUP SESSIONS
I am also available for corporate classes/programs and private group events. If you’re looking for more opportunities for wellness in the workplace or something fun to do for a bachelorette weekend or family event, private yoga events and classes are a great way to think outside the box.
Workplace/Corporate Program: $111 per session
Family/Friend Yoga Party: $333 per 5 people for 2.5 hours
